**Job responsibilities**

The Securitization Coordinator’s role is to prepare, review, submit, follow-up and close securitization tranches with TFG’s securitization partners. The position provides timely and accurate reporting to support the securitization activities and assists in or completes other required department reporting, all measured against established benchmarks. The role may provide support in documentation, audit and fund and train others in the department on the securitization process and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely review of final funding packages
- Use a high level of organization to keep and maintain all records of funding tranches
- Request required post funding documents to complete files
- Respond to securitization partners questions regarding proposed assignment of funding packages
- Use a high level of communication to ensure funding timeline for tranches are met
- Create assignment documents for securitization partners, ensuring high accuracy of required content
- Report weekly available for securitization reports
- Verify funding packages are complete and accurate prior to submission to securitization partners
- Compile information from available funded transactions to populate excel spreadsheets for the purposes of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and comparisons to established benchmarks
- Verify the validity and accuracy of lease and loan funding packages
- Escalate problems or incomplete information to the appropriate manager for resolution
- Create directions and invoices for securitization partners on a per tranche basis

**Qualifications, knowledge and experience**
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a results-oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
- Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
- Detail oriented and able to identify errors
- Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
- 1 year of experience in financial services is an asset
- Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset
