_Responsibilities._*
- Oversee and grow the logistics and brokerage division
- Coordinate with operations managers in the development and implementation of company procedures
- Responsible for the hiring, training and growth of transportation partners
- Resolve customer issues should they arise
- **Requirements.**_
- **Knowledge of flatbed freight, loading, brokerage & freight finding, DOT regulations, OD loads, etc**_
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Computer proficient in MS Office programs

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
