**About Us**:
Canadian Dental Services, a rapidly growing dental practice management company, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our dental practices in Saskatchewan.

Your Role**:Regional Operations Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership Excellence**: Lead, inspire, and organize a team of dedicated individuals with a passion for customer service and innovation.

**Strategic Management**:Develop and implement strategies to strengthen patient relationships, enhance practice production, and drive business growth.

**Talent Management**: Recruit, hire, and develop top-notch talent, fostering a culture of transparency, respect, and continuous improvement.

**Compliance**: Ensure clinics adhere to provincial regulatory standards by collaborating with legal and human resources teams.

**Financial Acumen**:Manage budgets, forecasts, and the P&L to achieve revenue objectives.

**Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize dental KPIs to analyze and optimize clinic performance.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 to 10 years of successful experience leading and motivating teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related area, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing a multi-unit business (preferably in the dental field).
