Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Assist with catering orders and special events
- Provide exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting
- Utilize knife skills for food preparation and decoration

In the absence of the Bakery
- Pastry Chef, you will be required to fulfill their role.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in food production techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in pastry or cake decorating
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with catering operations
- Background in the food industry or culinary field.
