**Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care in a multi-disciplinary team off-site by:

- Connecting with patients in person and/or virtually to complete appropriate assessments
- Completing accurate documentation and performing appropriate follow-up
- Referring to specialists and other interprofessional team members as required
- Ensuring that patient care standards are maintained according to accepted medical standards

**Qualifications**:

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Professional liability insurance by the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
- Demonstrates professionalism and commitment to providing comprehensive and quality care
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a healthcare team
- Valid BLS/ACLS certificate preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player
- Knowledge and use of an EMR system preferred
- New graduates welcome;

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and other medical conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, medications, and procedures.
- Perform tests and procedures to assess the patient's physical condition.
- Clarify misconceptions about the meaning of particular symptoms or behaviors.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10 per week

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Doctoral Degree (preferred)
