**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate services.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist at the front desk as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services to provide informed recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
