**Requirements**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Using data to tell stories - helping the team around you understand not just the facts, but also why they matter and what we should do about them
- Open-ended problem-solving - not just answering questions with data, but also asking them
- Producing dashboards & data visualizations to help with storytelling, decision-making & governance
- Developing & surfacing key metrics for different aspects of organizational success at Neo Financial Planning & executing A/B experiments to test hypotheses & improve operational outcomes

**Who we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years of related business or data analytics/modeling experience (using databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience in data interrogation - using data to ask & answer questions
- 5+ years’ experience with SQL
- Demonstrated success in creating business impact through data-driven problem solving
- Ability to distill complex findings into clear stories for a business audience
- Experienced in producing data visualizations to help with storytelling
- Experience with Python or other data-programming languages is an asset High-level understanding of statistics & machine learning are an asset
