Carpenter Supervisor

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform construction painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes
- Install cabinets according to specifications and blueprints
- Conduct electrical work, including wiring and installation of fixtures
- Install drywall and perform necessary repairs or modifications
- Assemble various components and structures as required
- Plumb fixtures and ensure proper functionality
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete construction tasks efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction painting, cabinet installation, electrical work, drywall installation, plumbing, and general construction tasks
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
