KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collaborate with the Planning and Process Improvement Manager in developing and maintaining project plans.
- Create and manage project outlines, ensuring accurate timelines and implementation representation.
- Work closely with system engineers, system analysts, Logistics data analysts, Sales data analysts and other company management to align project schedules and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across various departments involved in the project.
- Support Dealer Support's monthly PSI reporting
- Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the Planning and Process Improvement Manager and other stakeholders.
- Utilized or developed WMS and TMS Screen function
- Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL to support project planning and reporting activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in drawing process flow charts and Gantt charts and analyzing bottlenecks between the process.
- Collaborate with another team in identifying areas for efficiency improvement in parts distribution and supply chain processes.
- Provide insights into bottleneck identification through interviews and initial surveys.
- Evaluate and track post-project outcomes for continuous improvement
- Support the Planning Manager in managing and advising multiple projects.
- Contribute to decision-making processes to ensure timely project initiation and implementation.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand their investment needs and goals.
- Develop a comprehensive capital budget that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation and conduct thorough financial analyses for proposed capital expenditures, considering factors such as ROI, NPV, and payback periods.
- Evaluate and monitor capital project implementation progress and budget execution
- Work closely with departmental heads to incorporate their input into the business plan through cross-department coordination
- Analyze departmental BP and create company-wide BP aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key initiatives
- Follow a regular monitoring process to track the progress of business plan.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and financial indicators.
- Provide periodic updates to senior management and stakeholders on the status

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- 5~7 years' experience in SCM and project management within Canada or abroad.
- Proven experience in project planning, preferably in cross-functional projects related to parts distribution and supply chain efficiency improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using WMS, TMS, Gantt charts, Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various departments.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic project environment.
