Custodial Services Worker

**Location: ARAMARK at NOVA Chemical**

**Hours**:Full Time; Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30pm, with rotating weekend work and potential for overtime.

**Duties**:
General and Heavy duty Cleaning of offices, conference rooms, lunchrooms, washrooms, locker and shower areas, control rooms, stairwells, and trailers.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrates Pride, and Punctuality in the workplace while adhering to established procedures to provide a safe working environment
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
- Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
- Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel

**Qualifications**:

- Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- Adaptable to guests’ needs
- Must have driver's license, and own vehicle.
- Must be bondable

This role is physically demanding in that you are on your feet all day ( performing basic cleaning duties) and average day amounts to 15,000 steps. Including, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role also requires uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
