**Position Summary**:
The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst position will contribute to the development, oversight and usage of CTC’s risk management directives. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, the Risk Analyst will act in the 2nd line of defense capacity in supporting the team to ensure risk standards and procedures are used effectively to manage enterprise risk. This role will include working cross functionally to collaborate with all lines of businesses and divisions to identify, measure, monitor and mitigate risks. You will promote a positive risk management culture within CTC while acting as a contact point between risk management, the business and various stakeholders.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support risk prograM/Framework, including supporting specific Enterprise initiatives to ensure risks are appropriately assessed and managed.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the risk management function to support risk management deliverables and reports.
- Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders across the Business to document risk assessment results, gaps and recommendations, improvement opportunities and action plans for initiatives and partner with project teams during an initiative’s lifecycle.
- Assist with continuous improvement of risk programs, processes and policies and in-depth data analysis and risk identification.
- Produce dashboards, charts etc. to enhance data visualization of existing reports and deliver insights through analysis of various internal and external data sets and benchmarking.
- Identify inefficiencies in the use of the collection and use of data in current business practices.
- Support internal risk management training, as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
