**Description**:
WHO YOU ARE:
As an **IT Intern**, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking, communicating, you are driven and are result oriented.

As **IT Intern**, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Support:

- Assist with day-to-day operations by being the first line support for cross functional teams for various systems such as: E-commerce, Customer Service, Stores and Warehouse.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors if necessary.
- Document tasks for internal development team.
- The IT Program Manager, and IT Project Manager on various tasks such as:

- Support Project communications.
- Prepare training guides for various projects.
- Coordinate tasks with internal development team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Schooling or working experience in the same role or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Understand project methodology.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written);
