Roofing Estimator

We are seeking a roofing estimator with the following qualifications.
- 3+ years estimating experience
- knowledge in all types of roofing ie. asphalt shingles, metal roofing, built-up roofing, single ply and mod-bit roofing
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- attending pre-bid site meetings
- providing accurate material and labour quantities
- attending preconstruction meetings with project management
- experience with plan takeoff software is an asset but not essential
- valid drivers license
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
