Junior Dispatcher

Clare is seeking a Junior Dispatcher to join our Toronto office. Clare is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our Logistics team. The role of Junior Dispatcher would be a key role to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Logistics team to organize personnel.
- Monitor activities to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Tracking and communicating delivery information to operations, warehouse, delivery, teams, management and customers
- Ensure inventory management.
- Document and report on required activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Communicate issues to superiors in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution.
- Communicate all information and instructions professionally, clearly and in a timely manner.
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers

Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Requirements:

- Secondary education in business, commerce, supply chain management, management, or equivalent experience and on the job training
- Effective and clear written and oral communication skills in English
- Spanish communication considered an asset.
- Previous experience in building materials supply industry considered an asset.
- Knowledge of MTO rules and regulations
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong computer skills, ability to operate company programs with ease.
- Ability to work and make decisions under high stress and pressure situations.
- Exceptional customer service ability
- Conflict resolution abilities
- Valid G-Class license
- Clean drivers abstract and CVOR
