Opportunity:
A Notary office in Abbotsford is looking for a conveyancer to join the team

**Duties**:
Reviewing contracts, title searches and other legal documents related to the file

preparation of residential sale, purchase, mortgage, and refinance files - handling all tasks from initial file opening through to final reporting and file closing;
Communicating with sellers, purchasers, financial institutions, clients, legal assistants, paralegals, lawyers, brokers and others;
Training new or learning colleagues in an efficient and encouraging manner;
Completing any other administrative duties as required

Position Requirements:
Three (3) or more years of related legal assistant experience covering all aspects of residential real estate transactions;
Ability to use Prosuite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,404.94-$55,000.00 per year
