About the Role:
You will be working in the front office, answering phone calls, helping clients book appointments, and communicating with clients about pet visits and care.

Updating patient records

Assisting technicians and veterinarian with the care and treatment of the pets

Handle, restrain and care for animals undergoing treatment and surgery

Preparing medications

General hospital upkeep

Looking to fill this role as quickly as possible.

**Experience**:
Cornerstone experience is an asset

Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Personal Suitability:
Excellent oral communication

Organized

Team player

Work Language: English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
