**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
You will lead operations at the Montreal Aero-Derivative Gas Turbine ManufacturingCenter and is responsible to maintain warehouse and logistics operations on 4product lines including new equipment manufacture and repair and overhaul. As a key partof the supply chain, you will work to plan, control, and implement the storageand flow of products and materials across the organization. You will also beaccountable to develop and deploy the overall site warehouse and logisticsstrategy and work closely with the production, supply chain, quality/EHS andengineering teams.

**How You’ll Make anImpact**
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations in 4 areas: goods receiving/storage, shipping & transportation (inbound/outbound), material kitting, and inspection across 4 gas turbine production lines
- Responsible for the control of material movements and material kits as per production schedule
- Manage a team of 12 warehouse operators, 1 logistics specialist and 3 inspectors
- Dispatching and prioritization of the daily work to meet production requirements
- Conduct daily status reviews to ensure all material is delivered to production on time and highlighting/resolving build stoppages
- Accountable for the planning, execution, and accuracy of annual inventory cycle counts
- Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mentality around layout and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective flow of material through the facility
- Responsible for employee health and safety ensuring the highest quality standards
- Responsible for setting and maintaining annual budget including operating expenses and CAPEX
- Identify training requirement and ensure plans are implemented

**WhatYou Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain/logistics management or equivalent
- APICS and/or SAP certifications are an asset
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising unionized personal
- Proficient in both French and English
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (previous SAP experience is an asset)
- Familiarity with standard warehousing practices and methods
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Must have a continuous improvement mentality
- The ability to coordinate, organize and plan and work in a team environment
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
