**Shop Foreman**
- **Battlefield Equipment Rentals**_(a division of _**Toromont Industries Ltd**_.), one of Canada’s premiere Construction Rental Companies, has an immediate requirement for a Shop Foreman in our **Ayr, ON** location.

**Job Summary**

**KEY QUALIFICTIONS**:

- The ability to oversee common day to day operations in the shop with high levels of autonomy;
- Extensive knowledge of Large Booms, Scissors, and Telehandlers, including parts and services for such equipment;
- Experience in troubleshooting, mentoring and supporting techs;
- Familiarity and prior experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to perform employee evaluations and monitor technicians for time management, productivity, and quality of workmanship
- A strong focus on teamwork, internal communication, and process administration;
- Excellent communication and problem resolution skills as well as strong organizational skills;
- Experience in safety features, legislation, safe-working practices, and the ability to ensure compliance;

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience with Systematics or the CAT network would be considered an asset;
- Applicant must be able to perform heavy lifting, as heavy lifting will be required frequently;
