Billys Taphouse has an opening available for a Cook. Billy's is a trendy gastro pub located in Essex (15 min from Windsor) with a focus on craft beer, local wine, and fresh local food made from scratch. Our food is sourced locally and prepared in-house.

Cook job details:

- Day shifts / Night Shifts (until 10pm max)
- No double shifts
- Flexible hours
- 4 days on, 2 days off schedule
- Rotating weekends off
- Line cooking
- Preparing sauces, soups, meats, vegetables from scratch
- Basic cooking duties
- Cleaning
- Interest in a professional cooking career
- A positive outlook and the ability to work well with others

- Experience and/or culinary training required

This is an excellent job working with great people in a professional environment at a very busy restaurant. All of our food is made fresh, from scratch, and sourced locally when possible.
