Lexi Development Group Inc. seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion.

Site Superintendent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- **Documentation, Reporting and Risk Management**_
- Review documents and drawings accuracy and constructability
- Plan construction processes, set goals and deadlines
- Supervise site staff and provide constructive feedback
- Review and enforce sub-trade contracts and identify discrepancies in scopes of work
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
- Keep track of material stock and orders
- Advise project team of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving conflicts
- Complete daily site reports, POs, and project photos (along with site superintendent)
- Maintain good documentation to protect, the owner against legal challenges that could arise in the future
- Arrange for all required municipal and provincial inspections or have sub-contractor do so
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Manage all the consultants, surveyors, and engineers and their deliverables as well as their plans

- Effectively monitor expenditures and review material and labour supply invoices in detail
- Plan ahead to avoid costly issues and project delays
- Manage and track budget and cost - labour and material
- **Scheduling**_
- Prepare and maintain construction schedules, 2 weeks and 6 weeks look ahead, and identify and

solve potential scheduling problems
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the project schedule
- Advise Lexi Management of any deviations or potential deviations from overall schedule or critical path
- Request and order materials required throughout the project to maintain schedule and productivity

- Provide safety leadership through the implementation of Lexi Safety Program and monitor safety

performance of site team and sub-contractor
- Ensure site HSE coordinator is performing his or her role and completing required paperwork on time
- **Quality**_
- Monitor and maintain high quality of workmanship and accountability of sub-contractors and contractors
- Adhere to Lexi quality standards and implement techniques to ensure quality issues are addressed in advance e.g., prepare mock-ups
- Oversee trades to ensure deficiencies are completed
- **Relationships & Leadership**_
- Inspire and motivate site team and sub-contractors to perform at their best
- Supervise and develop site team members through regular feedback, training, and coaching
- Lead project site Trades meetings with internal and external parties
- Maintain Lexi’s professional image and keep a clean and organized job site and site office
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
