Kingston, Canada Upper Level Doors Inc. Full time

We are looking for a full-time garage door technician that can assist with installations and service of both commercial and residential garage doors and operators.

Job Duties:

- Installing garage doors in both residential and commercial settings
- Repair and maintenance of garage doors and systems
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Maintaining a clean and safe work site
- Completing paperwork as required

Qualifications:

- Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
- Valid G level driver's license and acceptable driving abstract
- Mechanically inclined, physically capable of some heavy lifting and working at a fast pace
- Familiar with the use of small hand and power tools
- Comfortable working at heights, including ladders & lift equipment (ie. scissor lift)

Additional Information:

- Position is full-time; Monday-Friday
- Wage is competitive and TBD depending on experience
- Reliable transportation to and from shop; employer provides transportation to job sites

Following certificates seen as an asset:

- Working at heights
- WHMIS

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
