Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality of service
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop menu items and specials

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
