**Job Description**:
As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during various events at all of our MLSE locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Draught Deck Servers by organizing orders, delivering orders to the tables and clearing tables in Draught Deck.
- Set-up, replenish and tear-down the Draught Deck Suites.
- Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced.
- Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times.
- Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
- Provide fast and friendly Fan service.
- Ensure areas are cleaned and stocked for our Fans to enjoy.
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
- Must be available to work Leafs and Raptors events
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

**Qualifications**:
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the province of Ontario
- Previous food service experience an asset
- Safe food handling training an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Shown ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable walking/standing for long periods of time
- Able to pay close attention to detail
