Customs Freight Services Manager

**Mandate**:
**Other responsibilities**:

- Promote customs services and identify opportunities for cross-selling across all Delmar products.
- Track the arrival and release of cargo through logistics software.
- Arrange the final delivery of imported goods as requested by clients and handle post-release payments and deliveries.
- Process payment of vendor invoices for cargo release and perform accounting and reconciliation of the cost of services.
- Proactively work with clients to address any challenges/opportunities.
- Oversee the team, including scheduling, attendance, performance review, and coaching/guidance, etc.
- Proactively address opportunities for customs-freight process improvements and create SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Customs Brokerage and/or Freight Forwarding industry
- College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field is preferred
- Previous experience with staff management is preferred
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, and regulatory requirements
- CCS, CTCS, LCB designations are preferred
- Experience in CargoWise One system or related brokerage systems is considered an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office
