**Position**: Quality Documentation Specialist

**Location**: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Québec or Oakville, Ontario

**Status**: 16-month Contract (1 Maternity Replacement)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Fulfill customer documentation requests for various types of documentation - Specs, Certs, etc. using Salesforce and TraceGains systems
- Complete various types of forms, surveys, questionnaires, and checklists
- Create, track, close, and process CASEs in Salesforce for any incoming document requests.
- Assist in the creation and processing of CASEs, forms, and questionnaires using Salesforce.
- As needed, assist in reviewing, approving, maintaining, and uploading documents in TraceGains (document management system).
- Perform supplier outreach to request missing documentation from suppliers.
- Work on portal platforms as required to get the necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with all functional groups/departments if issues concerning documentation requirements.
- Update internal FAQs and user guides as required.
- Assist in the development of documentation standards and procedures around documentation and other requirements.
- Assist other teams, such as the Quality Compliance Team COA and Complaints teams, to assist in task overflows as required.
- Assist/support the team in completing documentation requests - forms, questionnaires, standard documents, etc.
- Maintain and update all tracking lists used for managing documents.
- Work on other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management and quality management systems
- Have experience in manufacturing, distribution or regulated environments working on quality projects.
- Bachelor's degree in science, with a preference for Food, Pharma background
- Strong computer skills and comfortable in an advanced digital environment
- You have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive in identifying issues and acting.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret information with sound judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage/address conflict situations.
