**The job entails**:

- Operating a Hand and Orbital Sander, sandpaper, belt sander, on wood products, solid surfaces, etc.
- Performing repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods
- Being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Working well in a team environment
- Possessing a positive attitude
- Being willing to undergo cross-training in various areas of the department as required
- Adhering to all Savignac's safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Contributing to the continuous improvement process
- Having manual dexterity
- Being attentive to detail
- Possessing good hand-eye coordination

**Desirable qualities for this position would be**:

- Prior experience in a high-speed manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in materials and woodworking processes
- Familiarity with cabinetry components and assembly

The work site environment includes dusty conditions and can be hot at times. You'll be on your feet throughout the day. However, it offers a healthy atmosphere and newly installed light fixtures.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
