Stoked Living by Paradigm is a unique residential neighborhood proudly constructed by Paradigm Building Solutions. The impetus behind this project is congruent with the essence of the privilege of living in a pristine yet rugged mountain community, both today and in the future.

The development is a fine collection of highly energy efficient homes crafted with sustainable, partially recycled materials. Each home meets passive house/net zero, Step Code 5 requirements - providing substance, sustainability, and a richer life experience. There will be 26 Family Style Homes, each with a full secondary suite, 14 Duplex Homes and 3 Townhouse Complexes with a total of 19 units.

Paradigm Building Solutions runs a state-of-the-art factory with high-end robotic equipment. Paradigm produces open and closed wood wall panels in Louis Creek, B.C, minutes south of Barrière. **Key Responsibilities**:
As an Experienced Carpenter you will be reporting directly to our site supervisor. This is a full-time position with competitive wage and employee incentives. This opportunity will be a combination of leadership and hands-on work on construction sites in Revelstoke. Some key responsibilities of the role include the following:

- Executing the preparation and installation of rough and finish materials and surfaces such as - siding, flashing, trim, timber accents, framing, building envelope detailing, back framing and bulk heads, structural connections, roof framing and other building components.
- Safe and efficient operation of hand tools and construction equipment
- Be part of a continuous improvement process
- Assess quality of woodwork and materials
- Collaborating with Site Supervisor to execute quality control processes
- Ensure work is always conducted in a safe manner
- Regularly inspecting finished workto ensure it meets established quality standards

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent practical knowledge in residential construction
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings
- Ability to physically perform all construction-related tasks
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Work accurately and economically
- Outstanding time management and multitask skills
