- Graduate in Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, or Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, or Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Preferably, with 1-3+ years of experience in occupational rehabilitation, assessing or treating clients in the clinical setting is a plus but not required.
- Completion of advanced orthopedic and Workwell training is a definite asset.
- Familiarity and experience dealing with 3rd party funders such as PCVRS, WSIB, MVA and private clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- A high degree of professionalism and excellent report writing for 3rd party funders.
- A self-starter who can start work independently in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
- Willingness to travel and must have a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle.

**Key Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning for older adults with chronic pain and needs.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals in the region.
- Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Managing caseload in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
- Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Collaborate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong regional presence.
- Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
- Perform other duties as required.
