Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Utilize computer systems to track inventory, generate reports, and optimize warehouse processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of order picking processes and ability to operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire others
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting customer expectations
- Data analysis skills to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive process improvements
- Arabic speaking will be an asset

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
