We are looking to fill the position of **PRODUCTION WORKER - BRAKE/SHEAR OPERATOR**.
As the _Brake/Shear Operator_, you will be responsible for cutting aluminum and wood used in the production of our premium built cargo trailers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read/interpret plans with a high level of effectiveness
- Accurately measure and cut wood using a skill saw, table saw and/or wall saw
- Set up and operate brake and shear
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition for optimal performance

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience using a brake/shear/wood cutting tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Able to work with little supervision
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of lifting a 4x8 3/4" sheet of plywood
- SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED SHIFTS AND ON TIME

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Press brake machine: 2 years (preferred)
- Shear: 2 years (preferred)
- Power tools: 1 year (required)
