We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to fill the position of Service Co-ordinator/administrator. The role of Service Co-ordinator/administrator is a pivotal roll ensuring that our technician get to where they need to be with everything they require for the job. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude and have good communication skills.

**Duties would include**:

- Answering phone calls and handle client queries.
- Communicating with the monitoring station to take systems off/online as required.
- Review monitored accounts to ensure daily signal are received.
- Schedule jobs for technicians using Loc8, and maintain contact with technicians throughout the day.
- Ensure service orders are handed in daily by technicians.
- Prepare all monitoring and service invoices, and track AR.
- Maintain up to date, client information, and filing.
- General administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Highschool diploma and post secondary education in office administration.
- 3 years experience in and administrative roll or relevant experience.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS outlook, office and excel.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is an asset.
