Under the general direction of the Loadout Supervisor or Backup Supervisor are responsible for safe and efficient product movements (both loading and offloading) via truck and rail. This position is also responsible for and operation of assigned loading stations during their shift, controlling and coordinating equipment startups, shutdowns and any emergencies that may arise during shift.

This position is a temporary role of 12 months with the possibility of extension. This position is located in Redwater, Alberta, Canada and is not available for remote work.

**What you will do**:
Be primarily responsible for safe loading / offloading at assigned areas by following standard procedures
Follow all Nutrien safe work policies and procedures
Participate in safety program by reporting incidents and taking ownership for submitted work orders
Complete preventative maintenance / housekeeping on all operating equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions and limits
Follow progression training plan and complete within prescribed timeframe
Follow current and accurate procedures
Participate as an active Emergency Response Team Member as required

**What you will bring**:
High School Diploma
In-depth knowledge of operational processes in all loading areas
Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steer, rail car mover, and front-end loader
Experience with loading TDG product
Ability to work in team environment
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to maintain focus of safe operations
Excellent communication skills - reading, writing, verbal
