We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our practice in West Vancouver, BC on a part-time basis

We are a modern and fully equipped boutique dental office designed for patient comfort, located in a well-established community right next to the beach in West Vancouver Our mission is to provide the highest level of comprehensive dental care to all patients in a friendly and welcoming environment -- we offer a comprehensive list of treatments provided by our experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate for our team is motivated to build strong patient relationships, skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, and delivers outstanding, consistent treatment as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation:

- Associate Dentists are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from **40% of collections**

Schedule:

- 16-20 hours per week
- Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with the potential to increase number of days per week
- One Saturday per month

What we are looking for:

- **Registered with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)**:

- **Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from a University recognized by the BCCOHP or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.**:

- **2-3 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to learn and practice dentistry
- Demonstrated ability to connect and communicate with a variety of patients and address diversity of patient needs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $94,185.85 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
