**Job description**

**_Primary Responsibilities _**
- Ensure high standards of customer service while working collaboratively with other members of our team.
- Provide advanced automotive problem resolution by sourcing automotive parts through numerous sources.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of our stores inventory and distribution channels
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management

**_Secondary Responsibilities_**
- General stocking/inventory processes
- Store appearance/ cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, dusting of shelves

**_Requirements_**
- Automotive parts experience required
- Proven past sales ability and customer relationship success
- Computer and automotive software proficient
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide a clean abstract
