Showroom Manager

**Brief summary of the role**:
This role will be responsible for managing the showroom Sales and the team

**Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Marketing plan for Showrooms ex: Quartz Co and Supplier Events, Advertising, Signage,
- Interview and Hire Showroom Staff,
- Weekly report to Director of Sales,
- Weekly reports from Showroom Manager’s
- New Locations and Hires,
- Visit Showrooms weekly,
- Showroom Design, maintain Visual merchandising, ex: Countertop changes, Wall samples, Full slabs, Laminam Racks, Merchandising Standards and Cleanliness,
- Weekly/Biweekly, meeting with Director,
- Train and mentor team on policies and procedures and provide support,
- Strive to achieve Goal for Retail Sales
- Solve customer escalations, claims from Retail sales with Suppliers,
- Coverage for Holidays/Sick Days,
- Lead and manage a team of Showroom Associates,
- Drive Sales and Revenue growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to achieve and exceed targets,

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above
- Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem solving
- Comfort communicating with customers, peers and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)

- Class G Licence (preferred)
