**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Under the supervision of the Quality Department Manager, the incumbent will have the mandate to provide technical support to the quality personnel and the various production centers. You will be responsible for monitoring the various manufacturing processes and supporting the team in resolving certain problems.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Build training programs and train the different work teams in your field of expertise
- Document and write work instructions related to the different processes and inspection
- Provide support in the event of a melting load calculation error in order to choose the most profitable option for the company
- Support the development of parts by performing metallurgical analysis
- Monitor the various manufacturing processes by auditing
- Perform non-destructive testing to validate the presence of defects
- Perform equipment calibration

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Training in metallurgical engineering or relevant experience in the field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)
- Knowledge of the foundry industry (asset)
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to influence
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
