**About the Opportunity**:
The Porter assists and supports the Nursing Department and members of the multi-disciplinary team in the transporting of patients, equipment and materials, and the maintenance of supplies and equipment within the Department of Patient & Family Centred Care.

**More About You**:
To qualify for the role, you will must have successfully completed Grade 12 or equivalent. You will also need to have:

- Ability to prioritize and work within a team and with mínimal supervision;
- Demonstrated satisfactory verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Sound knowledge of safe operation of equipment and ability to operate equipment;
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position;
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills;
- Demonstrated satisfactory attendance levels, work performance, disciplinary history and positive work references.
