EHtel Networks Inc. Internet is one of the fastest growing wireless ISP’s in Ontario. We are growing our
Sales team and looking for a dedicated team player to work locally and help us continue our expansion and growth in Ontario.

Our offices are headquartered in Holstein Ontario, and we are seeking an experienced person with a desire to be part of bringing Wireless Internet to Rural Ontario and support our growing customer base.

The duties for Sales will combine, door to door sales, up-dating map and data base. Telephone responses and follow-up as well as meeting customers in person as well as businesses who fall within our network expansion plans. Responsibilities include answering the phone lines and to provide support to callers to explain our Internet services and packages. This position will also involve promoting our internet services to new customers where we are building and expanding our network. The job involves both phone work and doing in person visits to businesses and homes as required.

The position requires detail oriented descriptive notes to be maintained in tickets and customer files for downline information and to assist with building customer rapport and relationship. The Sales support position is detailed, responsive and empathetic.

Follow up with Customers and ability to engage new opportunities will form part of the day to day functions.

- Superior listening skills and problem -solvers who can diagnose and assess needs and match to packages that we offer. Overcoming barriers and hesitation to try a new service or expand on existing services as we upgrade from wireless to fibre. The Sales professional will know how to upsell and demonstrate value with honesty and integrity.
- Ability to use both active listening and passive listening skills to understand customer needs to be able to help resolve issues in a non-confrontational manner.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Previous sales experience in the telecommunications Industry

Remuneration : 22.00-26.00 per hour (full benefits for permanent full time. )

**Mileage if using own vehicle**

Post-Secondary education in related field or demonstrated internship with references and ability to use transferable skills. Proficient oral and written capacity.
