About The Role

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Corporate Finance, the Analyst will be responsible for supporting the finance team in the monthly financial statement closing process, the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and the preparation of various analyses/reconciliations to ensure the production of various reports.

What You'll Do Here
- Participate in the monthly financial statement closing process;
- Participate in the import of financial data from foreign subsidiaries into the consolidation system;
- Prepare continuity schedules and general ledger entries for the Management Companies (Holdings);
- Analysis of laboratory revenues;
- Analysis of prepaid expenses;
- Prepare the consolidated summary of acquisitions (capex) of all subsidiaries;
- Prepare the consolidated continuity schedule of tangible (PPE) and intangible assets;
- Analysis and reconciliation of inter-company transactions;
- Prepare financial statements and financial presentations for senior management and external users;
- Reconciliation of projects within the volunteer company;
- Participate in the implementation of a new ERP system;
- Various other ad hoc projects and analyses.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA designation or in the process of obtaining it;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Good communication skills, positive attitude;
- Bilingualism (French and English, both oral and written);
- Results oriented and detail oriented;
- Proficiency in Excel - Intermediate level
