Toronto, Canada Brilliant Property Management Full time

Brilliant Property Management is seeking an experienced and dedicated Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager (OLCM) to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in condominium management, strong people skills, and significant experience in project management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Holder of an active OLCM license. RCM holders would be preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead condominium manager.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects totaling over $5 million.
- Exceptional people skills to build and maintain relationships with residents, contractors, and board members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with a condominium database software such as Condo Control, Building Link, or other
- A good sense of humour

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily operations of the condominium.
- Managing onsite staff and contractors
- Facilitating and attending board meetings.
- Coordinating major projects and working with contractors.
- Managing budget and financial reporting.
- Handling resident complaints and resolving issues effectively.
