**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As the QC officer at Rotating Right, you are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the entire production process. This critical role involves conducting thorough inspections and tests on components, sub-assemblies, and finished products to detect any defects or deviations from specifications. The QC Officer collaborates with the production team to address quality issues, document findings, and contribute to process improvements, ultimately ensuring that our industrial pump packages meet the stringent requirements of our customers and adhere to industry regulations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Inspection and Testing**: Conduct thorough visual inspections and rigorous testing of components, sub-assemblies, and final products to ensure they meet established quality standards.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results, noting any non-conformities and collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to address quality-related concerns, contribute to process improvements, and support a culture of continuous quality enhancement.

**Process Improvement**: Participate in identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, offering valuable input to enhance the overall quality and reliability of our industrial pumps.

**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company quality policies, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality products.

**Training**: Provide input to training programs, assisting in the development of quality control training materials, and occasionally training production personnel on proper quality control procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a quality control role within an industrial manufacturing environment, with familiarity in inspection techniques and quality testing.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and document defects or deviations from specifications accurately.
- **Communication**: Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams and the ability to clearly report inspection findings.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
- **Regulatory Awareness**: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset, ready to work as an integral part of a dynamic production team focused on delivering high-quality industrial pumps to our customers.

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
