**Outlets Server**

The Fredericton Inn, located in Uptown Fredericton, is looking for servers to join our expanding outlets team.

**Responsibilities**

Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests

Have a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus

Understand and communicate with guests any specials or promotions

Adhere to all health and safety policies and food safety policies

Responsible to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment

Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future guests

Promptly attend to your tables and guests

Deliver a high-quality guest experience

**Requirements**:
1+ years in the food and beverage industry an asset

A working knowledge of cuisine is an asset but not necessary

Must be punctual, reliable, have ability to work as a team and independently and have a strong work ethic.

Passion for customer service & eagerness to learn

Advanced English language skills

Schedule Flexibility

**Work Environment**

Physical demands include walking and standing, bending, kneeling, repetitive twisting and lifting, and repetitive arm movements

Must be able to lift 40lbs

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to legally work in Canada

Three-month probationary period

**Job Types**: 20 to 40 hours per week, up to 5 shifts

**Pay**: $15.50 per hour
