**Job Summary**:

- The STO Business Analyst is responsible for creating and managing reporting and KPIs to communicate important information on asset and work management status and performance to the accountable managers and teams.
- The successful applicant will combine data from multiple systems, use software to manipulate the data as needed, then build and maintain a PowerBI interface as a platform to communicate this data to staff.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Developing reporting and KPIs
- Managing PowerBI reporting hub
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Maintenance task analysis and harmonization.

**Qualifications**:
Must Haves
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience with programming, macros, or visual basic
- Excellent problem solving skills

Nice to Have:

- Engineering education or experience
- SAP/Maximo experience

**Working Conditions**:

- Travel 10%
- Drivers abstract required
- Hybrid model: 4 days onsite/1 day remote
