POSITION OVERVIEW - Landscaper - Foreman

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform hardscape and softscape installations at residential & commercial properties (e.g. patios, walkways, retaining walls, engineered and natural stone, etc.)
- Help division develop to expand into commercial and municipal markets
- Lead crew to complete work safely and efficiently
- Interpret designs and drawings and install accordingly
- Develop skills & knowledge of crew members
- Document all onsite activity and track progress through CRM system
- Uphold safe work practices
- Demonstrate a high quality of workmanship in all work activities
- Other similar duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7 years experience in the landscape construction industry
- 5 years experience with leading a landscape construction crew
- Landscape Technician Diploma or similar certification is required
- Valid provincial driver’s license. AR or equivalent license is an asset
- Ability to work safely as part of a team and possess the willingness to learn and progress.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Seasonal Employment; Year-round employment available as follows:

- Landscape Construction Services: Spring, Summer, Fall
- Snow Removal Services: Winter
- Must be 18 years of age or older

*Compensation based on qualifications and experience : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
