In your role, you will:

- Manage the supply of required consumables to ensure an adequate level of customer service and required inventory within the established budget ;
- Be responsible for the entire procurement to payment cycle, ensuring healthy supplier relationships and outstanding operational performance ;
- Responsible for managing supplier performance and driving continuous improvement and development
- In an environment of customer-centric change, manage variances that affect hardware inputs by providing solutions and educating suppliers on their commitment to meet requirements;
- Clearly analyze the various situations in an environment where decision-making must be done in an effective and structured manner;
- Conduct daily continuous improvement activities, including conducting root cause analysis, understanding and implementing corrective action plans for key performance indicators of increased complexity;
- Lead projects with broad scope in own discipline over the medium and long term.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a bachelor’s degree. in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations and Logistics, Operations Management or a college diploma with equivalent work experience.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in the field of logistics.
- You must demonstrate a strong interest in planning, work coordination, continuous improvement and value-added production;
- You are stimulated by a challenging and pressurized work environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You can maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and implement improvements
- Good ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks
- You are bilingual (English and French).
- You are proficient in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Experience with SAP ERP system (major asset).
