**Hiring Head Baker**

**Requirements**:

- Min. 3 year bakery experience
- Comfortable and capable in a high pace work environment.
- Team oriented

**Duties**:

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Managing schedules/hiring and training staff.
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery and future catering services.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for staff.
- Menu development

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during operations
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery

Sweet Talk aims to become a vibrant community hub with strong culture that offers much more than just coffee and donuts. Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
