Welcome Home Rentals is a family owned business, for over 60 years. With 20 different locations in London, we offer 1 & 2 bedroom apartments ranging from duplexes to large walkup buildings. We take great pride in caring customer service, and have many long term tenants.

General Labourer

Interior & Exterior Renovations

Cleaning including proper disposal of garbage & debris from properties

Landscaping & Snow Removal

Perform all facets of the job in accordance with the legislation applicable including but not limited to Health & Safety standards, WHMIS & Human Rights

Any other duties management deems appropriate

**Qualifications**

**Must be able to drive company truck & trailer**

Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record & own vehicle,

Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs.

Must be able to work at heights

Ability to work & act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.

A team player with a 'can-do' & 'no task is too big or too small attitude.

A demonstrated high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion & confidentiality.

Must Be Bondable

**Remuneration Package**

Wages commensurate with experience.
