**_Responsibilities:_**
- Coordinate and perform in-house repairs, providing emergency services and on-site troubleshooting as required
- Diagnose hydraulic and electrical system issues
- Conduct inspection and preventative maintenance services
- Installations and commissioning services
- Maintain all customer/service records, follow company processes and procedures for all service calls, repairs, and warranty requests, including proper documentation within our system
- Provide technical service support, product advice, pricing, and quotations to customers
- Educate customers based on products and provide recommendations on system modifications
- Build customer trust and develop customer relationships
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Coordinate and visit key customers on a strategic schedule
- Comply with all health & safety regulations/policies at Wainbee and customer facilities

**_Experience/ Qualifications:_**
- 5+ years’ experience in fluid power and/or industrial automation
- Experience with ERP and CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office software

**_Additional Experience/ Qualifications Considered an Asset:_**
- Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist (CFPHS)
- Demonstrated knowledge of fluid power and electrical drawings
- Background in hydraulics, electronics, mechanics
- Technical training and demonstrated knowledge of industrial products

**_Skills_**

- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Independent thinking and exceptional decision-making skills
- Ability to collect data related to technical issues and present solutions to the team and customer
- Strong and self-motivated team player, customer service oriented, and willing to learn new equipment and processes

**_Requirements:_**
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License
- Must complete both a Background Check and Driver’s Abstract
- Must be able to travel to customer's site (10% travel)
- Must be able to carry, lift, push and pull at least 50lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces and work in odd positions for extended periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
