**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform cultivation tasks including but not limited to transplanting, pruning, defoliating, pest monitoring
- Ability to perform repetitive & labour intensive work
- Ability to manage multiple activities/projects simultaneously
- Work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail with the ability to work cleanly
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and reliably in a fast-paced work environment
- Operate in a safe and compliant manner and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Accurately document all work performed as directed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in IPM program in the post-harvest sanitation; including appropriate disposal of plant materials and routine cleaning and sterilization of grow rooms
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Expectations**:

- Solid team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand or sit for duration of shift along with good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and strong attention to detail
- Capable of following strict processes and procedure with mínimal supervision
- 1-2 years of experience working within a highly regulated GPP environment is an asset
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in cannabis is an asset
- Grade 12 or GED
- Drivers license or reliable form of transportation
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a smart phone with ease

**Work Conditions**
- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day
- Overtime available as needed
- Indoor conditions
- Physically demanding and repetitive work
- Frequently lift a minimum of 30 lbs without assistance
- Masks are required while working with raw plants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
