**Agrégat RN** is looking for **_Ore Sorter Operators_**on a mine site in Northern Ontario.

**This is a first of its kind, innovative and challenging project which will transform the way mines process natural resources**. The goal of this study is to establish ways to maximize the recovery of gold while minimizing the ecological footprint and creating useful by-product that can be used in infrastructure. Developing efficient ways to utilize our world’s finite resources is the key to sustainable mining. For us, this means establishing processes that allow for the extraction of gold while using the least amount of energy, chemicals and water.

**We are offering**:

**Your roles and responsibilities include**:

- Checking over systems and noting any issues. Preforming valve checks (and replacement when required), air pressure checks, generator inspections, compressor inspections, buggy bin inspections, stacker inspections, etc.
- Collect data on equipment (engine hours, scale totals, etc.) and complete tonnage report.
- Routine inspection of unit during shift.
- Monitor belt capacity and material build up, and communicate with loader operator the need for feed material.
- Communicate issues with Project Manager
- Being meticulous due to working with sensitive equipment (i.e. X-ray and Electromagnetic systems)
- Willingness to optimize production (concentrate vs. waste ratios)
- Assuring equipment remains clean (regular cleaning of sensitive equipment with compressed air) while working in a dusty environment.
